Course Aims

As an advanced course, this course will be conducted in a seminar, and students are expected to 

1. Understand further in depth some important phenomena or issues, ideas, theories, research paradigms and empirical findings on specific topics in social psychology. 

2. Critically evaluate research studies in social psychology from the cognitive- motivational perspective and the person in situation perspective.

3. Integrate the social psychological knowledge and apply them to understand and tackle daily life issues
Course Intended Learning Outcomes (CILOS)

After completing this course,

A. for knowledge on issues, research and empirical findings of some specific topics in the field of social psychology, students will be able to

1. understand the knowledge;

2. communicate the knowledge effectively in both verbal and written format;

3. ask, answer and debate intellectually stimulating questions on the knowledge;

4. apply the knowledge in the daily life settings
