Sciences of Trauma, Adjustment, Resilience and Social Impact Laboratory

The Sciences of Trauma, Adjustment, Resilience, and Social Impact Lab was established to foster a strength-based, multidisciplinary approach to understanding community mental health and well-being.

The lab conducts research on key topics such as resilience, mental health promotion, positive psychology, aging, the grey digital divide, and the experiences of working caregivers for adults with long-term care needs. Additionally, it serves as a platform for teaching and academic exchange in the fields of mental health, aging, and positive psychology.
