| Course Aims |
The course aims to provide an understanding of the principles and theories of criminal and restorative justice and the differences in their practices. The traditional penal system of justice, criminal justice system and procedure in Hong Kong, alternative pathways and restorative justice practices will be introduced. The course also aims to provide students with an insight on how restorative justice approaches can be adopted in youth justice system.
