1. What is and what should be the role of counselling psychology in Hong Kong.
2. The contribution of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
3. Integration of Western theories of psychotherapy with Chinese philosophy.
4. Unique aspects of the Hong Kong culture / society that must be taken into consideration in order to effectively serve the mental health community.
5. Major ethical issues faced by practitioners in serving the Hong Kong population.
6. What underserved population in Hong Kong could be could benefit from Counselling Psychology and what new services might be introduced accordingly?
7. How does psychotherapy have to be modified so that it works with an Asian population?
8. Core elements of successful psychotherapy.
